The company was established in 1989 with a meagre capital but with strong determination. The company started initially by manufacturing pan discharge valves for the sugar industry.

Nowadays it shares a substantial install base staler reputation across pan india and abroad. The company provides a broad spectrum of products and services to a wide range of industry verticals. The company was incorporated in 2005 as a pvt. Ltd. Currently, the company has diversified its activities into manufacturing machines & equipment for mill house, boiling house, drying house etc. And for other industries like cement, thermal power plants, heavy industrial steel structures, eot cranes, & stainless steel eto products.
